Most Saturn's have a filter that looks like and oil filter
usually right in front, often black in color and in some models hidden by the battery tray, but easy to replace

It is located about in the middle between the engine and the transmission. Also it is directly below the intake manifold. Hope this helps.

eliminate all routine maintenance..plugs, fuel filter cap & rotor if applicable, air filter. plug wires if necessary.....then it can only be approx 15 other components...straight up!

The fuel filter is usually located on the drivers side by the sub frame under the car next to the brake lines.
