Hi Debbie, The code P0108 refers to the manifold pressure sensor which reacts to the low pressure created in the intake manifold. Seems the sensor requires replacement on your vehicle. Regards John
code po108 refers to manifold absolute pressure ( MAP) sensor/ barometric pressure (BARO) sensor---high input====causes--wiring short to positive---MAP sensor---BARO sensor---ECM
Check the MAP sensor first and replace if necessary
I could be wrong, but I believe that's the code you are looking for. MAP Sensor [ manifold absolute pressure ]. I googled the engine code for a chevrolet so I hope that helps you.
Code P0108 means your MAP sensor circuit is open. MAP means Manifold Absolute Pressure. You should be able to buy one at your local parts store - otherwise, the dealer.
PO108 (map circuit high input) MAP is manifold absolute pressure... a sensor normally mounted on the intake. your code is suggesting a problem with this sensor, or its circuitry.
po172 sysmtem to rich which means its getting to much gas and not enough air po102 mass air flow sensor circuit low input p1127 and we dont know but this is what is in my book for my elantra book is for 1996-2006
