have a front end check done to check for worn suspension and steering joints . have a wheel alignment done as you may have castor wobble from negative castor. Check for front spring sag as it alters the angle

Ford mondeo mk2 clunking noise o/s/f when braking

Brake discs do not warp though unless the brake disc is running true to a very fine tolerance (max 0.004") it will resemble a wobble plate and the brake pads will wear off the high parts resulting in a disc of varying thickness.

Tight caliper operation will prevent the piston(s) moving back the correct 0.002" to prevent rubbing when the brake is not being used.
A brake that runs hot due to constant rubbing does tend to shorten the life of the hub bearing.

Lift the caliper piston dust cover and use a strong light to examine the piston. Overhaul or replace the caliper if the piston doesn't appear completely clean and shiny.

Check the (fitted) disc runout with a dial gauge and keep cleaning the mounting faces until the runout is better than 0.004".

Check ball joints and track rod inner and outer ends for free play, suspension joint condition and shock absorbers for security, leaks and effectiveness. Check the tyres for bulges, etc. and wheels for excess runout...

My car vibrate at 100-120km/hr i have bought new tires and done the wheel balncing but it still vibrate and whenever i tried to apply the break at this speed it vibrate serously. it's a 2001 mazda mpv

This is due to poor settings of the wheel bearings,tyres,- check balancing once again, wheel drums/ brake pads, suspension , joints and steering.
In all the entire front suspension must be checked, the WHELL ALIGNMENT must be checked with precision and each of the wheels must be checked for damage on hub, axle or chassis.

Steering wheel wobbles when driving slowly and in a straight line

you need to have your tires checked for a slipped belt, also if you get a shake in the steering wheel when you apply the brake you need to have the brake rotors re-surfaced or replaced.

Pulsating Brakes

The most common cause of brake pulse is wheel bearings, because the rotor wobbles.
The way to tell is that you will also feel it through the steering wheel, when not applying brakes.
If the rotor wobbles, it will also make the brakes spongey, because the wobble will cause some piston retraction, causing a longer throw when applying.
It is usually the fronts that go bad before the back. And one side before the other, often because a bad seal allowed water in. But you can tell by jacking up and feeling for play.

If not a wheel bearing, then I would consider ABS problem, or the rotor was installed wrong.

Pulsing sound and feel from wheels

Ok, if the wheel bearing assembly was installed incorrectly the wheel would wobble and you would have a disconcerting feeling in the steering wheel. The rotors have to be within factory specs to be turned safely. What I would do is have the rotors checked with a micrometer and replaced.
