It's behind a pop out panel. Look below the instrument panel on the drivers' side (just to the left of the steering wheel) on the bottom of the assembly.

02 ford sport trac explorer no instrument lites, #33 fuse no power tofuse box

In the owners manual below, starting page 128, it has fuse box diagram which looks like fuse 1 under the hood is power for fuse panel may be the power to inside fuse panel. I take it you say you have no power to fuse panel inside vehicle. I see several fuses for the cluster or drivers dash panel and a fuse for dimmer switch on inside fuse panel. https://justgivemethedamnmanual.com/ford/2002-ford-explorer-sport-trac-owners-manual/ If the below link is correct you should have no highbeam headlights which is what fuse 33 is for. http://knigaproavto.ru/shemy/en/ford/explorer/317-2000-2005-ford-explorer-sport-trac-fuse-box-diagram.html

I need the location of the power lock fuse for my 2000 Ford Explorer AWD V8

The power lock fuse on your explorer is fuse #18 25 amp located in the central junction box. The central junction box is located on the driver's side end of the instrument panel. Open the driver side door and there should be a access panel. Fuse # 18 is in the second row from the left and the fifth one down. Hope this helps.

Where is fuse box on 2000 explorer xlt

You have two locations,:
Fuse Panel: located on the left hand side of the instrument panel facing the drivers side door. Pull panel cover outward to access the fuses.Open side
Power Distribution Center: in the engine compartment.

For mode tails and graphics, can check the 2000 Explorer Owners Manual. (page 192 and next).

Good luck (rated this).
