Hi, this problem to me sounds like the oxygen sensor needs replacing as when the vehicle is first started or from cold you will find it starts with no problems but once its up to temperature then you start getting problems.
This is due to the oxygen sensor(lambda sensor as its proper name) not working when the engine is cold it only starts working when the engine is up to temp so if this is when your getting the problems then this is what i would look at first.
