Yes, some cars have an interior fuse box, often located on the drivers side between the door and dashboard. There will be a cover with a finger pull if it's there.

The horn relay is inside the glove box. There are 3 relays in there. They are the horn, fuel pump, and daytime running lights (in that order from left to right)
was the radio and interior light working before you removed the fuse for the horn? In the process of removing the fuse for the horn, you must have mistakenly tempered with the fuse for the radio and interior light.
So I would suggest you go back to the fuse box and deep them in properly because the interior and radio fuse might not be contacting properly.
Your fuse box is located on the driver side under the dash board. Up above where your brake and gas pedal are located. There should be a plastic cover that can be snapped off to reveal all of your fuses and on the inside of this plastic cover there should be a diagram of the fuses that are in use.
