Car will start and run fine after it starts warming up it dies somtimes it w ill start right back up sometimes it takes a few times i have putseveral parts on it plugs wires map sensor fuel pressure regulator coil packs fuel filter air filter new vacume lines oxegen sensor

Jun 28, 2010 - Car starts and after warmed up.. it dies! ... but if i let it sits for awhile till the engine is cool down it starts right up but after its warmed up.. it dies.
if there is electronic throttle then probably needs replacement, get second hand one , or otherwise can try to take it out and clean it, if there is an access to electronic part of it try it open carefully and clean contacts with some alcohol, sometimes it helps
It could be the ECU,but I am gonna put my money on the fuel pump and say its a fuel issue. Have you changed the fuel filter? the most common problem with GMC's is the air flow mass meter. Spray it with some air flow mass meter cleaner and see if that helps.
pick up a new ecu from salvage somtimes they let em go cheep
also check the mass air sensor and all the wonderfull grounds
grounds are from bat to body bat to motor and motor to body
make sure there all conected and clean and tight
Do you check your Catalytic.... i haved the same problem a while a go.. i remove it and runs great... because the Catalytic was full and the combusted gaz can pass through To much Pressure
Check your grounds guys...if even ONE ground is loose or corroded from the block, she'll act up...especially more when warm. Another good place to check is under your console (behind radio), this is where your main ground actually connects (weird yes) but we've rebuilt a stealth and had this problem....turned out to be the ground on the metal chassis behind the radio.
