The sensor is located on the engine, below the head the near the firewall. It is hard to get to! You get to it from under the car as the intake manifold totally blocks access to it from the top. The sensor causes the check engine light to come on it if the air gap between the sensor and the crankshaft becomes too great or too tight.
The Sensor itself probably is not the problem. There will be an electrical connector going into the end of the sensor and the other end goes into the engine block. It should be held in by two small screws BUT every year of Saturn engine has a slightly different (electrically and physically) Crank Angle Sensor

Crank sensor on 96 saturn sl2

I believe the Saturn has a cam timing sensor, not a crank sensor. It is located right below the head, accessable from underneath the car. It controls your injectors etc.

MY ODOMETER FOR 1993 SATURN SL2 IS NOT WORKING AND WANTED TO KNOW IF IT COULD BE A FUSE; IF SO WHERE THE FUSE IS LOCATED. THANKS

not a fuse, it is a common mechanical problem on saturns, 91-96. you can buy a kit to fix it on ebay.
however you have to pull out the whole cluster, disassemble it and then reassemble and put it back in.
it will not be worth one more cent with an odometer than without, most folks just live with it.

Where is the starter relay located on a 1993 Saturn sl2

It is probably part of the starter. If you are sure it is now, trace power from the starter. It should lead right to it.
