you have a short in the electrical system, i would first check the stop light switch on the brake pedal
if that is not the problem take it to an auto electrician
mcdevito75 here, It could be the dimmer section of the headlite switch, when dark outside put head lites on and see if you can turn the head lite switch either to the left or right to get the instrument panel lights on. Turning the headlites on and off could have turned the switch enough to keep the instrument lites from comming on, specially if your not the only driver.
hi, if the turn signal is on the same stick as the lights then you need to look at replacing the control if they are seperate then you need to locate the wires and unplug them then plug them back in this may solve your problem, if not it would be a case of testing each wire for power and locating where the break in the wire is
most likely its the turn signal relay. which is under the hood. in the fuse box. also make sure ur running lights are working if they are connected to the turn signal.
Check to see if the wiring isnt wrong. sometimes wires get crossed and the lights wont function properly. check each strand that they go where they belong.
some times there is an aditional swich to get the light down look very well but if not these systems are very complicate they have a lot of relays i will recomend you to take it to an auto electrical facility
