No you must replace the complete line unless you go to a hydraulic line repair shop they may be able to rebuild the line with a new nut. You may consider a thread file if its the threads that are damaged. I have had great results with a thread file.

The power steering pump is on the right-side(passenger side)of the engine compartment between the engine and firewall.

passenger side of engine compartment roughly and to the rear of the P/S pump, black plastic reservoir with cap about the about 1" in diameter which is marked "power steering fluid"

Power steering leak at pump

These pumps are known to blown out the front shaft seal. But your problem is at the high pressure line. Remove the line and buy a new teflon seal or o-ring. Don't over-tighten!! The torque specs on these are pretty low and most people overtighten and crack the seal.

Where is the power steering refill cap on a 2005 buick lacrosse cxl?

if its a 3.8, it is at the back of the motor on the passenger side, right up against the firewall about halfway down.
