Some brake pads have a wear indicator that will start making noises when pads need replacing. Piston may be sticking in cylider and causing pad to rub constantly on disk.

check the Antenna control module, maybe loose or bad connection.
antenna control module located on the right rear side trim panel. Remove the panel you will (ACM).
Before you go through the time and hassle of removing the motor itself, spray some WD-40 or something similar on the shaft that goes to the motor...could be the weather seal is dried and squeaking.
