If this question is not self explanitory you should take it to a professional. Body work is a specialize field and needs the tools and experience.

Remove marker lamp and headlamp assemblies.

Remove bolts behind lamp assemblies holding fender to frame of car.
Remove bolts along seam hidden under hood.
remove left front wheel and splash guard.
remove more bolts in wheel well
open left door, remove bolts in sill by door hinges.
Take lots of wires and stuff loose from fender.
Tada, fender is removed.

You need to remove the lower fender panel. Open the hood with the tires turned to the left. Remove the bolts on the Inner fender that attache to the panel. The two bolts on the top then you need to loosen the lower bolt between the rocker panel and fender panel. DO NOT REMOVE THIS BOLT. The panel will slide out.

First you will need a helper to remove the hood then locate all bolts mounting the fender to the cab of the car there are many of them! You will need to remove the lights and disconnect the wires to the turn lamps! Being cautious so you don't break any wires!

This should be pretty straight forward, except that depending on year model you may need to disarm the airbags to be safe. Start by removing the inner fender (not absolutely required but helps I think), then bolts in headlamp area, then bolts hidden between door and fender which you get to by having the door open, then bolt at bottom edge of fender, then bolts along top edge of fender, then two or more right in cowl area, and carefully lift off, making sure to retain any shims you find which were used for alignment. Tape these and mark their location for reuse.

you can either start by taking the left wheel off or not, taking it off will assist you in removing the wheel-well-liner. remove the wheel-well-liner, remove the couple screw that screw the front bumper in the the fender, then remove the bolts holding the bumper onto the actual body of the car. lastly, as you pull the fender off, be careful of the side marker blinker light remove that as you pull the fender off. any questions? please rate!

There are quite a few bolts on this fender. One on the bottom of the rocker, one between the the door and fender on the "A" pillar, one on the cal, one on the firewall then several on the inner fender and several on the radiator core support. after these are removes you need to take ou the head light assembly and you should have a fender brace under the front of the car.
