My 95 nissan maxima alarm went off now the radio won't work. is there a code i need to enter somewhere?

There are no codes in Nissan vehicles for the radio. Nissan has never used the security radioes. If it is a factory radio I would check the fuse first.

    I have similar pboblem. I ripped the OEM Clarion CD changer to fix Sony Xplid CD player.
    While playing with the wires I bust the code. Now the radio is dislaying "CODE". I tried to enter some # but it rejected. Along with that Keyless remote entry isn't working and the clock is also gone. So Nissan Maxima 1995 requies a code. I have see it display briefly when it was working.

Wrong amp fuse or maybe you have a loose wire or a short somewherecausing the fuse to burn out?

Car wont start but lights and radio still work.
this happened to my wife tonight with her 89' maxima but the alarm went off while she had the car in gear and opened the passenger side door to shut it all the way she got the alarm off but the car would not crank..... lights, radio, everything was working just would not turn over I took the keys out locked the driverside door and put in the key and it resets the alarm and car started right up:)

1992 Nissan Maxima Alarm System goes off with key entry
Opening the trunk with the key (not the valet key) will shut off the alarm.

Factory alarm wont stop
You can try to use another key if you have one, get one made. Also try to lock and unlock the doors, if this does not help you will need to bring vehicle to shop with high end scan tool so they can monitor what part of the security system is activating. Thanks

The alarm went off in my 1993 nissan maxima and now my radio,lights,etc, come on but my car wont start..it wont even make a sound..what do i do?
Remove the aftermarket alarm or if it's a OEM alarm try unhooking the battery cables for a few minutes to clear the computer.
