Passenger door autolock does not work when the vehicle is running. Before, once the vehicle started moving, after a few meters all the door locks will activate. Now, even if you use the remote key the passenger door lock will not work. You need to manually push the pin down to lock or pull up to unlock.
Theres a tech bullitin on that make where computer needs reprograming for the door locks, but it also sounds like you may have a bad actuator lock thats bad, start there call your dealer first and ask them about the reflashing of the computer for the door locks, good luck.
