The smart junction box - a electronic control module controls the door locks . There is not a single fuse just for the door locks , there are fuse's that power up the SJB but not just for the door locks ! There are relays incorporated into the SJB for door lock open an close control ,there are not replaceable .

check your fuses

most of the fuses are in the fuse box under the hood,you may find another small fuse box under the dash as well, if the other power windows are working it is most likely not a fuse as all the windows are most likely on the one fuse,it could be the switch or a loose wire or the window motor.....hope this helps.....cheers

there should be seperate fuses for the high beams in the under hood fuse box try checking them

Hi, both power windows are not working, I would start with the fuse, check in your owner manual for the location. Please let me know how you make out.
