If the turn signal lights come on but do not flash, the flasher relay is defective. If the lights will not come on, there is a loss of power so check the fuse as you have already done and replace it even if it looks good. See if you have voltage at the fuse.

99 concorde power windows, signal lights and heat does not work

I went to the Concorde forum and saw what other owners said. Captain mody said, "There is a black case in the middle of the upper part that contain fuse #5 red 10amp you need to replace this fuse by another on and after that every thing will work again" Another guy named Chris said: "Open your driver's door and open the fuse box on the left, there's a handle near the door hinge. This is most likely a blown fuse - check the fuse box lid for the diagram. Find out which one is blown and swap it out. Not a $400!!!" The trunklight bulb doesn't light in my 1997 Chrysler Concorde LX1; when I put in a bulb, it lights up for a second, then blows a fuse. What could be the problem?

There is a short in the bulb holder and so when the lamp is switched the shorting blows a fuse. If there is no fuse blow after the bulb is removed then there is some shorrt within the bulb holder which must be replaced. Also check the rating of the fuse to match the rating o of the circuit.

Right turn signal will not work -new bulb does not help right rear and front still work fine what is the solution?the car is an 04 concord is it the relay? (I think the fuse is ok) thanks

If you have any tail lights working and blinkers at all the fuse is fine. It sounds like you do not have that one socket grounded well. You might take the bulb out and try it in one that is working to double check the bulb. If the bulb is ok then take a small pocket knife or something you can scrape the inside of the socket that the bulb fits in and make it nice and shiny and the point at the bottom of socket too. try it again and see. I am guessing here so be kind with my rating. Let me know so we can try other stuff to. Raz

Power windows turn signal and ac/heat wont work

Had the identical same problems on our Chrysler Concorde. We checked all fuses and relays nothing. Then we checked the wiring on the ignition switch mounted under the steering column it was loose. Repositioned it and everything worked perfectly again. Did not cost a thing. Hope this helps!

99 Chrysler Concorde electrical problem

probably a relay. relays control switching of power from one compound circuit to another. because you have multiple circuits that are not working, this sounds likely. get a wiring schematic and find out which relay controls that system, then try replacing it.

Turn signals work intermittenly

Take the turn signal bulbs off and check for corrosion. Clean the bulb contacts and harnesses. Put enough bulb grease on the contacts but not on the bulbs and try them out. You can clean them with a wire brush or how ever you find suitable.
