2002 Hyundai elantra driver side turn signal not working outside

If you have a bad light bulb it will make the blinker light flash. Check all turn signal light bulbs.

try changing flasher and check all bulbs ,some cars use a flasher relay

Replace bulb that is not blinking.

Replaced the burnt out bulb. If bulb is good look at the socket itself and wiring.

Have you checked all the bulbs (rear as well as front)?

The fast dash turn signal indicator is telling you one of the lamps is faulty. Check all of them and you will most likely find your problem.

your flasher is bad its a round silver plug near or in fuse box

In the fuse panel with the fuses inside the car there are two big round units plugged into the fuse panel, one is your turn signal flasher one is your hazard flasher. I would start with those and move to other things if that doesn't fix it. Hope this Helps.

When your turn signal goes out it tends to blink VERY rapidly before burning out, It's a nice way to let you know before hand that you need to replace the bulb soon.
