The service reminder is supposed to be cleared when you service the car. If your car is almost due service it and clear the service reminder. The light will go.
If it is just a maintenance reminder on the nav screen you should be able to reset it by pushing the info button and going to the maintenance settings. If it is a check engine light there is another problem that needs to be checked.
according to my alldata book a 2007 model can only be reset by the dealer ,but look on some of the chinese automotive software sites on the web as no doubt they may have cracked it and produced a small unit to clear the service inspection light by now
Is this the ac fan or cooling fan? For the cooling fan, check relay in the fuse box. The relay could be stuff and if the relay is ok then check the water sensor. The sensor should be on the radiator.
Yes it is. As a former Mercedes Technician I can attest to this personally.The parts cost triple the amount of most other vehicles and the labor rate at a dealer or independant mercedes tech is higher compared to other vehicle manufacturers. I would get a reliable car like a Ford or Nissan
Hello there: The easiest way to do this is to take the car to autozone and have them hook up the handheld diagnostic center and clear this from the ecu this is a free service that they provide ok? Hope this is very helpful for you Best regards Michael
The "C" is for comfort mode and the "S" is for sport mode. While in comfort mode the transmission will start off in second gear and switch gears at a lower rpm. In sport mode the transmission will start off in first gear and allow shifts at a higher rpm. The car will always be in one of these modes depending on which one you select.
