2004 Toyota Avalon. 2 problems: 1. Some of my dashboard lighting isn't working; specifically, my odomoter area. Is this a fuse problem or something more complex. 2. My intermittent wipers don't work on intermittent. Also, when I turn them off in either speed, they just stop on the windshield where they are when I turn the switch. Any suggestions?

You will have to change the swich that control the wiper blades cause sometimes they go bad

Check your windshield washer fluid level.  The washer fluid tank has a level sensor in it.  That could be why that light came on.

try wiggling wires under the front seats ,if that dont work then take the builb out

You seem to have the motor not working or there is not any power going to the washer pump motor. Check the fuse in the box first.

The wiper relay is located behind the center of the dash i am sending you a picture of whe re it is . find (W8) in the picture.
