The oil is being burnt up --not enough to be seen or smelled in the exhaust.You could try using a oil stabaliser --called Hyperlube--available at most auto parts stores.--will stop oil burning.
Check under your oil cap and look for any kind of white residue. Have a mechanic run a compression check on each cylinder. Pull your intake hose off of your throttle body and look for oil residue there. Could be a leaking head gasket- or it could just be burning just enough oil not to notice during use.
Use slightly thicker oil,it unfortunately may be burning oil,sometimes high oil cpnsumtion is due to engine wear,especially if its not leaking if it uses under 1 litre,between services thats ok but if its using 1.5 to 2 litres thats an issue
you can try that product it does work but its temporary if theres wear it will still burn some oil,how many miles between oil changes?is a quart 250 ml( live in Australia and we use metric )
probably too much but try the additives because you probably dont want to rebuild the engine,it probably rings,if the engine blows smoke on start up in the mornings onyl it could be valve stem seals which are easy to do,with the engine still in the car under rocker covers

More than one less than 2. Depends on conditions.
Are you talking about the "SmokeFix" or the original oil supplement?
U.S. measurement=900ml=1 quart
1.13L=1 quart
Use no more than 2 quarts between oil changes/3,000 miles.
How much oil do you have to add between changes? If it's one quart, that would be considered normal. If you are adding 4 quarts, there's a problem.
