Did you check to make sure the oil filter is on tight? I would also check the filter gasket . Do this when the vehicle has not been driven for several hours. Remove the oil filter, check the gasket and the surface the gasket makes contact with, look for anything that might cause a bad seal, such as dirt, or debris. It is rare, but I have seen an oil filter removed, and the gasket remains on the engine. I know of one time someone didn't notice this, and placed the new filter on with the old gasket still in place, and it leaked. Always clean the surface that makes contact with the filter gasket with a clean cloth. When installing a new filter, always coat the gasket with clean oil to ensure a leak free seal. Hope it is as simple as this.
Filter gasket failure if changed recently gasket may be doubled up /cross threaded
