Is it in the console or dash,for console you need to remove the surrounds around T Bar to ghange the globe in there,if its in the dash you need to remove the dash cluster to replace the bulb there

My 2004 Camry xle v6 has intermittent transmission hard shift from 1st to 2nd and 2nd to 3rd, regardless of hot or cold.
I would look to the motor mounts. This can cause harsh shifts and a deterioration of your flex pipe in your exhaust system.
