I am sure that you know that the battery light has little to do with a faulty battery!
It tells you that the battery voltage is low - or that the battery is powering the vehicle (meaning that the charging system is not working).

First- place a voltmeter across the batter terminals. With the engine off, record the voltage.
Start the engine - record the voltage.

Increased voltage (14 or so volts) with engine running tells me that the alternator and the regulator are operating correctly.
Less voltage (12 or less volts) with engine running tell me that the charging circuit is NOT working....

Change battery still wont turn motor or lights will not come on

You sure did not say much. 1. Is battery new?
get a voltmeter. (harbor freight is cheap). 2. check ground for connectivity. tighten the ground bolt to the frame. 3. Clean the terminals on the battery and also the female connectors.
4. Make sure the connectors to battery are tight.
try again.
Lights not coming on is indication that it is battery problem .

I changed the batteries and now I can't get to work, What do I do next?

First of all check and make sure you’ve got red to positive and black to negative next thing is make sure you clean the connections on the battery terminal on the battery and on the leads going to the battery make sure their bright and silvery shiny when you make the connection if it’s not tight or if you got corrosion you may not get the connection. If that fails check the ground wire where it connects to the frame. One way to check if you’re getting a connection is check the interior lights to make sure they work but also turn on the headlights to see if they’re nice and bright if there DIM or won’t come on you more than likely do not have a good connection to the battery. What I’m indicating is you can have some things operate inside the vehicle like overhead lights without a very good connection but things to draw a lot of AMPS Like a starter will not work properly or not at all if you do not have a good clean connection.

Battery lights comes on and off is there something draining the battery. I replaced the battery about 2 momths ago

Battery light is usually tied to the whole electrical system, not just the battery. I would check your alternator and your serpentine belt. If you belt is bad it may be slipping and not turning the alternator. If you alternator is going I would get that fixed asap so you don't stall on the side of the road. A parts store will check your alternator free of charge. They can hook up without you taking it out.

Battery light comes on intermittantly while driving I had the battery tested and alternator everything was fine???Is it safe??

You have an intermitt issue. Test battery voltage when light is on. More than likely alternator (also check the belt that drives it) or poor battery connection (must be clean and tight).

98 Windstar w/ good battery needed jump anyway....

if the connections on the battery are clean follow those cables down into the engine compartment and check the connections down by the starter. alot of times itll be a crack in part of the line along the way or the other side fo the connection or itll be the connection going into the starter

My car won't start and it's not the battery, alternator, or starter

You may have checked the connection on your battery, but you also need to check the other end of your negative connection to the battery, (the end connected to the body of your car), chances are it's a bad connection and needs to be cleaned.
