First you must remove the plastic cover from on top of the engine to access the ignition coils. The next step is to remove the ignition coils. To do this you must carefully disconnect the plug by holding down the plastic tab while pulling the plug off the coil. Then you must remove the small bolts holding the coils to the valve cover. Pull the coils straight out. To remove the spark plugs you will need a torque wrench, long extension and a self holding spark plug socket. All these can be bought at your local auto parts store. The spark plugs are removed by unscrewing them from the cylinder head and pulling them straight out. Installation is the reverse of removal. The spark plugs are tightened to 25 foot pounds of torque and the small bolts for the ignition coils are tightened to 10 foot pounds of torque.

The spark plugs should be gaped at .039 to .043 of an inch they should be torqued to 13 foot lbs

Barry_ratke959 is correct, these are aluminum heads, any more than 13lbs. (factory specs.) and you're asking for trouble. Torque wrenches are not that expensive! The spark gap is also essential. Get the tool to check that for $1 or $2.

Buy the replacement plugs type first. Using the spark
plug wrench, take the plugs out turning counterclockwise, put the replacement turning clockwise
one at a time. But before putting the replacement plugs
adjust the sparkgap to the thickness of a hacksaw blade. Ok, now you can go ahead. Send your e-mail
comments for further assistance.
