Did you use the recommended plugs or did you use a new style like E-3 or Bosch +4 or something similar. Sometimes using a plug other than the original type can cause problems. Check and make sure all the wires or plug connections to the plugs are secure. Check to see if a spark plug has a cracked insulator. If you used antiseize on the threads make sure none of it got on the spark plug electrode or it will missfire.

Double check the plug gap on all the plug gap on all the plugs and make sure you have the all the plug wires correctly seated at both ends. If you pulled on the wire and not the boot to remove any of the wires replace them as you may have damaged one.
