I have a 2003 Ford ranger and the windshield wiper won't come on I have replaced switch, wiper motor, fuse and relay so my only option I think is to get REM tested but I don't know where to get tested...

Did you check voltage and ground, anywhere?
wipers-undefined-undefined-0.jpg F2 16--30 amp fuse at the top, did you check that fuse for voltage? Use a test light or something, key on. Is it hot? If so, pull the run park relay, use jumper wire between cavities 3 and 5, switch side of relay, right side in diagram. The wiper should work on lo speed, depending on the problem. You should have done voltage and ground testing before replacing anything. You may be way ahead of me as far as testing? The relay has two sides, the switch side and control side, the control side needs voltage and ground to energize. The gem module ground relays based on input from wiper switch. good luck

1992caravan turn signals, low beams, and heater motor do notwork

A) Faulty turn signal switch or circuit.
B) Broken dimmer switch or poor electrical connection.Could be relay also.
C) Unplug the electrical connector at the motor and use fused jumper wires to connect the fan motor directly to the battery. If the fan still doesn't work replace the motor. If fan works could be your relay.

Turn head lights on every light works except low beams

thare is a high beam relay and a low beam relay in the fuse box find the low beam relay and replace it. if this dont work its probabley the switch

No high-beam headlights

It may not be the switch; most hi-lo changes are via relay to prevent the higher currents from flowing through light-duty switches.

Locate the relay cluster (it might be near or with the fuses) and if they aren't marked, pull wach one of them and plug back in several times to wipe possible corrosion from the blade contacts.

If they are marked, look to see if the same relay is used elsewhere (part number should be visible) and swap them temporarily to see if the relay is at fault.

Some vehicles will use separate relays for hi-lo beams and another for flashing since that often turns on both beams momentarily.
