Something's running, obviously. Get a volt-ohmmeter that can measure current draw, remove each fuse one-by-one, and test each circuit for a non-zero current.

Hello Jr, The fact that the battery goes dead even with a kill switch would lead me to think the new battery is defective.

2009 Jeep Liberty battery keeps dying!

Check and verify that your alternator is charging properly, if you hook a multimeter up to your battery you should see a voltage between 13-14 volts on the charging side, if this is the case your alternator is good, next i would check the resting voltage of your battery that should be tested with the car off and it should be between 12-12.5 volts, if all of this checks out i would start looking into the parasitic draw on your battery while your vehical sits overnight, make sure all your courtesy lights are going off, your glove compartment light any under hood lights things like that if any lights like this are remaining on you will have a dead battery day after day because the light or draw on the battery keeps draining it of its charge....

Jeep wont keep a charge, changed alt.starter.batt.

I would charge battery fully and disconnect it and let it set over night........I have gotten faulty ones and checked it like this the next morning and found it dead.If it still stays fully charged u may have a faulty ground somewere. Hope this helps.

I have a 2002 jeep Liberty. If i leave #23 fuse in the battery will go completely dead in 2 days. If I pull the fuse The battery stays charged, This fuse controls most of the inside lights, Radio, Keyless...

The car has a short somewhere. My guess is a ground fault where by power is being consumed in the cabin. Annoying tho this is i would leave the fuse out and if the car runs ok leave well alone. In England JEEP has a real bad track record for electrical faults. If it ain't broke Don't fix it. Steve in UK
