Yes you can, basically you can just about put any size tire on as long as it fit however 215 is the height of the tires, by putting smaller or taller tires than recommended by the manufacture will effect you speed odometer. 70 is the width of the tires, the wider the better traction and 15 is the size of the tires that will fit the rims.
