My traction and ABS in light stays on my VSC light for high low light flash continually when this happened of my four-wheel-drive quit working

The 4 wheel drive will stop working, the computer relies on inputs to help your $X$ but as far as I know if its in $X$ the ABS will not work its programmed that way. Check the 4 wheels and make sure your sensors were not cut that usually happens and will light your abs and traction control light on dash.

Have a 92 astro van ext. alternator and battery are good but as im driving the battery dies and is not charging .. the charging light on the dash stays on.....any ideas as to what it could be?

If the battery symbol stays on on your dash, it is the alternator. I had a 91 Astrovan and the light was blinking and then finally stayed on. Talked to a mechanic at Pepboys and he said that was a bad diode in the alternator. Also, make sure that your battery cable is good and clean.

The dash lights turn on and off while driving at night. It appears they will go out and stay out one of these times! What's going on?

Problems of this nature are usually a loose or broken ground wire. The loose wire jiggles & wiggles around when the vehicle is in motion, thus, the wire touches & untouches producing the blinking dash lights.

I just got a 1998 PLY Voyager 3.3 o.d. trans. 1. Problem lights blink on & off on rear wiper buttons.2. head lights stay on after i turn off engine day or night.3.Doors a jar dash light stays on.4.air...

Problem #1 The blinking lights in the rear wiper rear defrost area can be reset by holding 2 buttons of the 3 on the left hand side. The top and bottom buttons. Turn the key on and hold them for about 10 sec and they should start flashing differently. Just let it do this. After they start flashing different. It will take 5 to 10 mins. Then one or more will quit flashing all together. If they don't after about 20 min reset them again it can take about 5 trys sometimes before they all go out. Also to fix the dash going out try this. This is a common problem with the voyager, caravans and Town & Countrys. What the problem is is a cold soder in the interment cluster itself. The problem area is where the plug comes from the van into the cluster. You need to take the circuit board out of the cluster and reheat the soder on the back side of the circuit board were the plug plugs into. This will fix the cold soder permanitly I think its about 16 pins you have to reheat with the soder gun. If you don't feel comfrotable doing that you can just replace the interment cluster and it will be fine but if you buy a used one make sure it was tested. This also may fix the ABS light and the airbag light. Hope this helps I have done several of them.
