Quite possibly it may be taking a little while to build fuel pressure. next time try cycling the key on and off 3 or 4 times with out cranking the vehicle to allow the pump to build pressure the try to star it up if it starts right up then your problem is it's just taking time to build pressure

2007 camry 4 cyl uses a quart of oil every 1000 miles. 110,000 miles on engine. No smoke or leaks. Any ideas?

There has to be either smoke or a leak. Have your Mechanic do a compression test on all cylinders. It will give you a lot of information on your engine

I have a 1994 wrangler.must crank starter multipul times for fuel to reach fuel rail on 2.4 or 2.5 4 cyl.Once finally starts will run great all day and start.Next day starts hard again.I replaced fuel

replace the fuel pump, the check valve that holds pressure on the fuel is in the fuel pump. The fuel in the lines is draining back into the tank

My 2003 jeep grand cherokee will crank and run fine. drive a couple miles stop at light will shut off want crank back up .let it set a while will start right up.

Check the crank position sensor. If this goes out, when it gets hot, the sensor will think the crank/timing is in the wrong position. They did this to prevent engine damage in the event that your timing is off. However, when the sensor gets old, as it gets hot, it malfunctions shutting off the engine. Then, when it cools down a bit, all is well.
IF IT IS THE CRANK SENSOR, REPLACE IT IMMEDIATELY. Repeatedly trying to start an engine w/the CPS out can throw the timing off. This happened to a friend's Kia Sepphia once and it locked up her engine.

Wont turn over

The starter is most likely the problem, tap on the starter lightly with a hammer while trying to start the engine, dont get run over doing this it will take two people,if the engine starts, the starter needs replacing.
