2000 Jeep Grand Cherokee, I had blinkers and flashers no brake lights, and after checking the bulbs in the light itself I dont have blinkers or flashers at all

Just no turn signals in the back now? Maybe didn't install the bulbs tight back into the asm? No brake lights...do the lights work with headlights on and just no illumination with the brake pedal depressed? Could be brake light switch.

How do you change the blinker module on a 1999 jeep cherokee

This is a blinker relay. It is usually shaped, on a Jeep, like a cylinder and in some cases like a square. It is located under the driver dash usually within the fuse panel. It simply pulls out, usually with a bit of extra force. Read the part number off to your local parts house and they will have it in stock 9 times out of 10. Simply replace and align all of the pins, push firmly into place and the blinker should be restored to normal. *Be sure to check all of your bulbs because blown bulbs will also cause undesired blinker flashing or lack thereof. Hope this helps, good luck!

Have 2001 Cherokee, for some time the blinker will turn on but not blink. If you moved blinker handle up and down they would work, Now it wont work at all. Dont know how to find fuse

likely your flasher unit was failing or you had a bulb out somewhere. Flasher should be on right side of steering column under dash yours could be a "combination flasher" Older models had flashers on fuse box under dash on left side.

How do i access the driver side rear blinker on a 1992 jeep cherokee limited

Open the hatch, there are some 10 millimeter screws on the inside. Take those out, gently pull on the whole taillight assembly. the whole assembly should come off. Then turn the light plugs counterclockwise, change the bulbs. Be very careful - these bulbs can break when you squeeze them to pull them out.
