At 90k you will need to replace the timing belt, spark plugs, plug wires, fuel filter, air filter, trans fluid and filter, oil change and filter, pcv valve, belts, upper radiator hose, lower radiator hose, and heater hoses. You will want to inspect and adjust, brakes, parking brake, clutch free travel, throttle cable, valve clearance, and check and top off all fluids.

2az engine camry 2001

when you changed the engine did you check the engine number to your engine number think its the first 5 digits have to be the same. failing that you may need to change the crank and cam sensor over from the other damaged engine to your one you have fitted. also how you did not swap the ecu when you did the engine as this will not work properly with your car as codes will be different so immobiliser will not allow the engine to be started.

How often do i need to change spark plugs on my 2004 toyota camery

Depends on the type of plug fitted. If they are platinum tip plugs or similar, 100000 Km intervals. These are fitted to V6 and other engines where access is difficult.

For other types of plug, 50000 Km intervals.

My 2007 camry hybrid consume 1liter of oil every 3000 km i drive in very hot climate about 44c and mountain road i changed oil as follow 0w20, 5w20, 20w50, 10w30 the oil consumed 1liter per 3000 km no oil...

its burning the engine oil,,and a bit much for my likings
i think i would stick with the 20/50 it may not burn so much
but if the engine is some what under powerd for your kind or driving and you need to drive it hard to get up the hills it could be you need a biger more powerfull motor car,,,some times small is not good!

What will I be looking at, repair wise, when I have reached 200,000 kms

u should have had the trans serviced, the belts and hoses replaced, the cooling system serviced, a new thermostat and the spark spark plugs replaced at 160,000 km, also air and fuel filters if they haven't been done in the last 30,000 miles or 50,000 Km. right now if all the above was done you should be good to go.

Coming up on 200,000 Km. What service should I

That is about 120, 000 miles, if you have not done already, you should change the timimg belt and while you are doing that it is a good idea to replace the water pump. You could change your transmission oil but not critical.
I am a long time owner of several Camreys

Timing belt

Hello shaukathn: The factory recommended service interval to replace the timing belt. Is 90,000 miles or 144841.2 kilometers. This is a belt and not a chain driven engine. Please rate the reply as this lets us know you received the correct information. Thank You for using FixYa. Roger

2007 Camry LE 6 Cyl Piston Slap

There are no recalls, but there are TSB's out on the problem. A TSB is a Technical Service Bulletin. It's a specific repair procedure that addresses a specific issue. Better talk to a lawyer and think about sueing the dealer.
