A large belt on my 2002 fiat doblo 1.9 jtd has snapped. Battery light has come on and power steering has gone.. It does not have air conditioning. Is there a diagram to show how to replace this belt?

DONT drive the car until you find out which belt has snapped! You need to know if its the timing belt or the auxiliary belt. Do the grooves on the belt go across like teeth or along the length of the belt as grooves? The toothed belt is the Timing belt so you need to get that sorted by a mechanic.
The auxiliary belt, grooved along the length, drives a pump for the power steering and the alternator for charging the battery. Below is the best diagram i could find with the information available.

Ford focus broke serpentine belt and I shut it off and I got a new replacement belt put on but now it like its not getting any compression and want start help PLEASE

It is rare a serpentine belt will break as these days they are so tough they will almost last the life of the car. Toothed timing belts sometimes break but mostly the auxilliary belts show visible signs of ageing or damage and are replaced long before there is any danger of breakage. That indicates there was a reason the belt broke that should be investigated.

The breaking of the auxilliary belt might have something to do with the reason for the engine not starting but it seems rather unlikely unless when it left the pulleys at speed it caused some damage to something or you didn't stop immediately and overheating occurred.

If the engine now sounds as though it has no compression it would seem probable it actually has no compression so that is something to check during the back to basics approach to diagnostics along with a physical check of the timing belt and the timing.

Tappet jacking is a fairly rare condition but that sometimes happens and it manifests as a loss of compression due to excessive oil pressure in the hydraulic valve lifters actually lifting the valves from their seats. Usually it is only temporary and happens when the oil pressure relief valve sticks closed.

Aircon on a 2003 vw passat 1.9 tdi

having driving mine for a yr now, noticed some pulleys without a belt but never thought much about it. Thought aircon just needed service till the belt for alternater, fan, power steering snapped, the mechanic told me then that the other missing one was for aircon. Two belts plus cam belt????? driving too many things ! so just check to see if all belts are still there, they snap easily `cause of the multi purposes....
