    Is it just one that isnt working??... If so it is more than likely the wiring, if both aren't working the 1st thing would be to check the fuse.

Check fuses, Get a tester and see if you actually get power to the lights. If you do get power and the lights don't work anyway then it is likely the light switch located on the steering column( has blinker, and light switch together). common Nissan problem.
