The car is giving a PO343. camshaft position sensor circit high input. where is it at. I can;t find book on it.

no car told,maker, mode, engine
yes many do jump cam time easy if cam belt slipped, but no engine told at all.

code p 0343 refers to camshaft position(CMP) sensor A, bank 1---high input===causes ---wiring short to positive ---CMP sensor ---ECM
if the cmp is not working correctly that could be the reason no not starting

C1623 is with in the chassis sensors P1148, P1623, P1676 is in the ECM not on my list of codes not sure what it is. call parts house and they can tell you what it is. PO343 is camshaft position sensor circuit high input. P1148 not sure not on my list of codes they may be in the newer codes list but I don't have an updated list

Did u ever get fixed? Cuz i have same problem. Was driving and it just died at the light and i changed camshaft sensor, battery, and now starter. Got the codes342 and now 343. Still wont start

code po740 refers to torque converter clutch(TCC) solenoid-circuit malfunction==causes --wiring--TCC solenoid-ECM/TCM
code p0343 refers to cam shaft position sensor(CMP) A bank1-high input.==causes --wiring short to positive--CMP sensor---ECM. check which cam sensor you replaced and check the wiring connectors. use a code reader to reset the cpu when finished
