I believe it is stating LOWASH which should mean that you need more windshield washer ... I have a 2002 Jeep Liberty that has about 136,000 miles on it.

With not actually hearing or inspecting.. I would check; u- joints ,pinion bearings,fluid level,. If limited slip differential has not been serviced I would get the service done, If the service was
recently performed, add the limited slip additive, I have seen different size tires or miss matched tires cause the same concern.

The rear wiper has its own pump motor. pull the hose from the wiper and have someone engage to see if there is a clog. do the same at the motor. if bo liquid comes out then its the pump. also check fluid level in reservoir as well as a possible secondary reservoir
