P0500 is the trouble code for a problem wiht the vehicle speed sensor. This is a little unit that is on the transmission.
P0760 is the trouble code for transmission shift solenoid problem, This solenoid is IN the transmission.
Take the van to a transmission specialty shop or a repair facility you trust. Speed sensor can be replaced by the user if they are familiar but the shift solenoid should be done by a professional.

Ford windstar 95 mini van Orange light next to over drive button is blinking what does that mean

It means your overdrive is not working properly! You should get that checked! Some of those can be checked using an OBD2 code reader! It could be a bad sensor.

My 1999 expedition wont disable overdrive

as far as I know, this is something you have to have scanned at the dealer.
There should be a transmission trouble code that you can't read through the normal OBD2 scanner.

I've heard some people had luck by removing the battery cable for 10 minutes, so maybe give that a shot.
