On the 2005 Dodge Grand Caravan the interior AC filter is located under the dash on the passenger side. You need to slide the cover forward and then pull down. The filter is longer than the distance between the floor and the unit, but it bends. Ensure when you replace it you only bend the amount you need to install or you could damage the filter and to seal between the housing and the filter.

I don't think they do, but you can check it will be mounted in the blower box behind the glove box if it has one.

SOURCE: How can I change cabin air filter?
Under the Kick Panel under the Dash on the Passenger Side, close to the Center Console. Get down on the Passenger side floorboard and look up under the dash. You will see a rectangle approximately 5 to 7 inches long by 1 to 2 inches wide on the underside of the Heat/AC duct work.
There may be a gate/covering that is easily removed.
The old Filter slides down and out. The new Filter slides up and in.
