95 Silverado 5.7 automatic C2500 Replacement of speed sensor correct 8mph error in my speed. At 60 mph reads out at 68. Checked with GPS.

Are you certain that the correct size of tire is on the truck? A smaller tire will cause the speedometer to register faster speed. If it does have the correct size, the speed sensor would be the cheapest place to start. If that does not fix the problem I would think the speedometer head might need to be either replaced or calibrated.

I got slightly larger new tires only on my 08 chevy 2wd silverado now got a "Service Tire Monitor System"

If the tires were the exact size the problem would not be there. Replace the sensor to the size tires or replace the tires back to the same size it was before

What is the problem? Too sensitive? What speed does it occur? First apply? Every apply? Wet roads?

Cheap tires, cheap brakes, wrong tire size (not calibrated), contaminated brakes, faulty wheel speed sensor.

Most common problem is cheap rear brake pads.

03 Chevy 2500HD Service Brake System Warning

When you replaced the ABS sensor on the hub, did you clean and re-gap the sensor to the speed ring on the hub. There was a recall on the ABS Malfunction on your truck. The tire size don't make a difference to your ABS as long as all four tires are the size, There was a issue bulletin with your Tahoe on the ABS activating under 8 km/h. Good luck and hope this helps, if not clean out the sensor with brake parts cleaner and check the wire harness and ABS sensor bracket. Re gap the sensor to the speed ring hub. Here is the bulletin.
