Check fuses. Replace the turn signal switch for the head lights. If the wiper fuse is good, Replace the turn signal switch first, then go after the wiper motor. Both run threw the turn signal switch.
the signal flashing is a bad hazard switch. they all brake. if you hold the flasher buton just the right way the noise stops. sounds like your dash is shorted with the flasher
Yes it sounds like the switch is stuck in the park position. You could pull the harness plug for the switch and check the circuits with a meter, or replace the switch.
Sound to me like the ignition switch on the steering column, theres a rod from the key switch to the ignition switch which has four sections for various key positions, your sounds like the section that keeps power with the switch off lost connection or is burnt out, change the switch, they are cheap.
Probably it is the signal flasher located in the main fuse panel on most cars. It is a round, silvered coloured and usually has three prongs plugged into the panel
you have one of two problems the first one is either a blowm fuse that is probably marked prk lghts check you fuses or you could have a bad light switch
