The parking light is accessed thru the trunk. Pull away carpet and pull the connector from bulb. (be carefull not to pull wires off connector.) The bulb should then twist off.

Look on the back side of the lite the bulb will plug into a removable socket You should not have to take the hole light out just the bulb On the back side the socket should twist a 1/4 turn one way or the other
For the Kia Rio5 model, the lenses above the license plate pop out by using a flat-head screwdriver. The lamp and socket all comes out together... put in new bulb and pop lenses back in and you're good to go. No real tools required other than something to pry the lenses out.
