If I remember correctly, it should be behind the inner wheel liner on the drivers side behind the bumper. Just pull the drivers wheel and the liner is easily accessible.

Here is a complete diagram of the belt routing. Below it is a picture of the belt tensioner which will help you find it. The diagram is critical to you in routing the belt when you put it back on.
