You need to clean the connectors going to your fuel rail, they get crudded and sometimes work some times skip, also check your wires at night to make sure something is not shooting spark to the motor from the wire, it might be cracked or just old, since its 8 years old,
The air filter should be changed frequently. The Lincolns have longer warranties than most cars.
You might want to go to a dealer and see if you still have warranty left.
Some parts will cause idle problems and not set off the Codes. You may need the idle adjusted. Your car may need the EGR passages cleaned under the airhorn. Sometimes on all cars the O2 sensors operate within approved range, but when 2 of them are combined they work against each other.
A dealer can run a diagnostic for spark and fuel pressure to insure peak performance.
