Try and see what happens when you put it in REVERSE? There are many American Vehicles that the light only works when you are in Reverse to see what is behind you
Check your fuses underneath the drivers side steering wheel. Flip the plastic cover over and there will be a diagram showing the fuse that controls the taillights/stoplamp. Pull the fuse out and replace it with the same number fuse and your taillights and brake lights will work again. If the fuses are ok, pull each taillight bulb out and replace it with a new bulb. Sometimes when one light bulb fails, all of them will fail.
Remove the fog lamp-to-bumper assembly retaining screws. Be careful not to disturb the adjusting screw.

AIMING
Park the car on a level surface, at least 25 ft. (7.6m) from a wall that is perpendicular to the ground surface. Make sure there is no excess weight in the trunk, unless you normally travel with that amount of weight in the car. Bounce the car a few times to settle the suspension.
Measure and record the distance from the ground to the center of each fog light lens.
Turn the fog lights on and adjust so the hot-spots (lit area of most concentrated intensity) are 4 in. (10cm) below the height of the lenses. The ADJUSTING screw is located at the top right corner of the fog light.
Check fuse box & bulb for fog lights. If they are ok then check the wiring loom for continuity test & your fog light switch too.
May be it can help you.
Could you take out a bulb and with a testlight/probe check that you do in fact have power to that circuit .Also check that they are the correct bulb for that application I have seen people put indicator bulbs in where therse supposed to be a double filament bulb.Does the base of the bulbs lead contacts line up with the two steel terminals inside the plug?
The brake light Swich on the brake pedal ( top 1 the other is cruise control ) may be faulty , also make sure you are testing the lamps on the bumper the top ones are only fog lights ( Spent hours on wrong bloddy ones - wifes car)
