It is unlikely that the rear windows are fused separately.
Most vehicles have a button to disable the rear windows to prevent children from playing with them. On our vehicle, if the windows are already down and then disabled, they may not go up unless done from the front controls or the disable function is undone.

SOURCE: My rear hatch is not opening. The automatic window is not opening, checked fuses, tried the saftey latch below the opening window. Makes the sound like its not latched whrn you push the button? Little he

I had a similar problem, push the button below the hatch window, sound like it wants to open, but does not. This was my fix replace the actuator switch in the hatch door. Need to remove the inside door to access the switch, not to bad to complete, the biggest issue is getting the door panel off without breaking clips I fixed this one myself, but if you were going to have this repaired in a repair shop, depending on the labor rate, probably about $250.00. If you can do it yourself about $60.00 for the part at autozone.
I have some tech ability, but I am not an auto mechanic
Hope this helps

Back hatch won~t open with remote or inside door locks will open manually nothing stuck or jammed?

Found this wiring diagram for lift gate, if that is what we're talking about? Not only check the fuses, check fuse circuit for voltage. Use a testlite.

Back window is stuck

First be sure the auto-lock is not on and that the entire liftgate can be opened.

Look for the small rubber button above and on the right side of the license plate. Try pushing that button to see if the rear window hatch pops.

If these efforts don't work, check the fuse associated with the "luggage compartment lid release switch"... it's a 20 amp fuse possibly located in slot 22.

A last resort would be removing the interior panel of the liftgate and locating the latch release for the hatch. You can find a schematic of the rear liftgate in an Internet search. Good luck!

Rear window will not open or release , can hear electric release

you will need to check all the fuses first, then remove the pop window switch and check for power at switch, and power going through switch when button is pushed, this button is on the dash, if there power then you may have a bad release motor,if your blazer does'nt have a hatch release on the dash then you will have to remove the panel on rear door and test there .

The windows will not roll down.. Luckily they are not stuck down, but it's getting warm outside and I would love to be able to roll atleast one of them down.. The sunroof stopped working at the same time...

Check your manual for fascia fuse box locations
Three fuse boxes are located
In one sunroof fuse number 30/20amp
In box three, elec windows circuit breaker fuses,
number 3/30amp front windows
number 4/30amp rear windows

1995 Toyota 4 Runner rear window will not open, on

check to make sure that the wiper is not stuck in the window seal. Pull it out if it is and then try. The window will not roll down if the wiper is in that position.

Locks and hatchback

Open the rear inside cover and you will see where the keeper for the handle mechanism may have broken. You can get this from any part store. It is difficult to get in there but a small hand can open it for better access.
