UNDO THE BOTTOM RADIATOR HOSE AND DRAIN IT OUT.. THEN GET SOME OF THAT BOILING TREATMENT AND LET THAT IDEL FOR 15 OR 20 MIN.. THEN PUT IN NEW COOLENT
I cannot speak for all models, but my 1989 Buick Century has a drainage valve located near the bottom of the radiator on the driver side of the car, and can sometimes require pliers to open. It's usually easiest to look for it from under the car....Thanks
I was told by my local Buick Dealer a lot of cars have done away with drain valves because the larger debri could not escape through the valve and would remain trapped in the cooling system. They advised me to remove the lower radiator hose. They informed me this way was better for the fact that more radiator deposit residue was able to be evacuated from the cooling system as well.
