Sounds like either a linkage rod came off or the interior handle is broken. either way you have to take the interrior door panal off to see which it is.

Need a fuse diagram for a 2005 Dodge Dakota SLT Quad Cab 4x4

Look underneath the cover for the main fuse box under the hood. It should have a diagram for all the main fuses along with the sizes and the relays.

2011 silverado quad cab. Instrament panel says right rear door is ajar (it's not). Also remote key wont set alarm. Both front and rear passenger doors windows won't roll down. Automatic door locks when I'm...

I would take a look at the sensor inside that rear door latch first.
Except for the windows, a faulty sensor would involve your other issues. Could be something with the right door module too.

Electrical problems with 2002 dodge dakota 4x4 quad cab 3.9v6

The Central Timer Module (CTM, called BCM on some vehicles) supports or controls:
Automatic door lock/central locking
Battery protection
Chimes
Exterior lights (park lamps, fog lamps, headlamps)
Interior lights
Intermittent wiper control
Power lock control
Remote keyless entry (RKE)
Vehicle Theft Security System (VTSS)
Remote radio control (from steering wheel)

It covers all the problems you described except the 4WD controls. I suspect you may want to have the CTM checked, or do like I did and just replace it (used about $75-$100 on eBay). Make sure you get the part number on yours and match the number portion (not necessarily the two letter suffix) EXACTLY.
It should be located behind the kick panel to the left of the driver's feet (that's where it is on my 2003 Dakota), but may be to the right of the glove box (have to remove the glove box to get to it).

The interior lights will not go out nor will the exterior rear light

There is something wrong with the door latch. This happened on my truck. There are two options: replace the latch, not sure how much; and spray some WD-40 into the latch. This should fix the problem

The interior dome light problem

Door switches. They are mounted in the door I believe. Try spraying wd40 in the door latch.
