Go to the Ford dealership, 9 times out of 10 they wont even charge you, they can enter your VIN number into thier database and get the code. If you have the owners manual, it should've been in there somewhere.

SOURCE: 1994 Ford Festiva Radio Code

The radio will have to be removed from the car dashboard .
Then please  ALL the LETTERS and NUMBERS on any LABELS , BARCODES or STAMPED IN THE METAL CASING.

It is the SERIAL NUMBER beginning with M * * * * * * that is required.

SOURCE: Ford Festive Radio Code

Check the your owners manual, if your lucky the original owner wrote it down when they bought the care. If not you will need to get the code from the dealer. You might even need to take the car to the dealer to have the radio unlocked. Some auto manufacturers have designed their radios to require a code whenever the battery is disconnected, in order to make the stereos worthless to theives, and thereby discourage theft. Ususally it just creates headaches for the owner of the vehicle.

I have a Ford Festiva '93 model and need radio code. It is a Philips DC666/702. S/N 8567907. Stamped on the side is F0666SP 8567907.

Neither number is in the format of a Philips Serial Number

These are normally 14 characters beginning with PHxxxxxxxxxxxx or RG or similar....

I suspect that it is not an original fitted radio so if there are no other numbers , then it can only be decoded by taking it into a Radio Decoding Service who will read the code from the memory chip inside the radio using a laptop
