Go to the Ford dealership, 9 times out of 10 they wont even charge you, they can enter your VIN number into thier database and get the code. If you have the owners manual, it should've been in there somewhere.
You can get a ford radio code here

Hi
Changed battery in my 1995 Ford Festiva and now radio doesn't work. Code is 4 digit and not written in the owner manual. Radio is Model No. is FCT006A2 with Serial No. 4533923. If anyone could help that would be great.
Thank you
Hi if you can find the serial number on the side of the radio, should start with a letter m******. and post it on here i might be able to help.

The radio will have to be removed from the car dashboard .
Then please ALL the LETTERS and NUMBERS on any LABELS , BARCODES or STAMPED IN THE METAL CASING.
It is the SERIAL NUMBER beginning with M * * * * * * that is required.

Check the your owners manual, if your lucky the original owner wrote it down when they bought the care. If not you will need to get the code from the dealer. You might even need to take the car to the dealer to have the radio unlocked. Some auto manufacturers have designed their radios to require a code whenever the battery is disconnected, in order to make the stereos worthless to theives, and thereby discourage theft. Ususally it just creates headaches for the owner of the vehicle.
