2000 v6 mustang, acted like it wanted to start but didnt, then it did but ran like it wasnt getting enough gas. Then it died, and now it wont start at all, turns over,sounds like it wants to start. Changed the fuel filter. still wont start. wanted to know how to change the fuel pump

Check to see if it has a goo spark first it may have a coil problem the spark needs to be bright blue not yellow and it should be able to jump a gap of at least 1.1cm / 1/3" if the spark is good check the spark plugs are they wet the car may be over fueling eg. the fuel presser reg may be flooding the engine let me no how you go and i can try to advise you from hear
