1998 to 2002......there are a few on ebay for $50.....and they are 8 pin connector types. Auto dim, compass, etc. Type in on the ebay motors page "Lincoln Continental Mirror" and you will find it.

you dont have to rebuild the trans. just take it to a lube shop and have them take out some tranny fluid. the torque converter is to full
